"I joined Level 10 with my two daughters at the beginning of November, 2006. I was 45 years old, my daughters were 12 and 9. I weighed 261 pounds and was horribly out of shape. My daughters took to Tae Kwon Do like ducks to water, while I on the other hand, struggled with balance, coordination, and lack of stamina.
